These interviews were recorded face-to-face in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada during the ITU Multisport Festival. In the first segment, Ben and Mark spoke with Lionel Sanders for the 5th time on this podcast. They broke down his first place finish and what it means to win a Long Distance World Championship on Canadian soil.  In the second segment, Ben and Mark chatted with the 2nd place woman, Helle Frederiksen, the day before the ITU long distance world championship.
