It's part of being on this Earth. ” Senior Minister Rev. Karen Lindvig takes us further in our study of the Alchemy of Compassion. Using everyday stories ranging from traffic to her pets, she illustrates the ways we can allow hostility to spiral. Thoughts of compassion are needed to keep us from projecting fears, imagining negative intent where there is none, or allowing snapshots of negativity to crystallize in our minds. Chaplain Dayna Cole presents two readings, from his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and from the Daily Word.
