Niramsin Yakou (previously known as Ramos J) is a singer/songwriter/set designer/producer and has been present in the Australian independent music scene for over five years. Niramsin's body of work focuses on humanitarian awareness, and cultural inclusion through the art of his music and visuals. In 2016 Niramsin received the Young Australian/Assyrian of the year award for his activism through his music. He released ‘Conquer All’ on the eve of the Assyrian New Year which hit the No. 1 spot on the iTunes Art of the mix, dance charts in Australia. 'Conquer All' conveys a message of unity and draws from the success and grandeur of the Assyrian history to inspire the youth of today.
