Simple Church

In part two of our new series "Which Do You Want First?", Jameson compares what sometimes gets twisted from scripture to what the actual scripture says. Oftentimes, we hear a watered down truth because reality seems more abrasive or more difficult to digest. God's word is clear on His will for His children, but it is distorted many times. When you surrender your life to Christ, you understand the Holy Spirit brings joy, peace and love regardless of situations surrounding you. People outside of Jesus often rely on circumstances to bring happiness to their lives; temporary emotions only leave you feeling empty and alone. Christ died to share strength that carries us through and a joy that does not ebb and flow with what life can offer.
