Simple Church

In part III of our series "Which Do You Want First?", we are reminded the touch of Jesus is always on time. We often feel alone or forgotten when deliverance or healing takes longer than we think it should. The man who was sick in this passage had waited for a miracle for 38 years. Everyone who knew him, knew of his condition. When Jesus healed him, everyone knew something changed him. His new life was proof to the world he had recieved a change he could not have made on his own.  When Jesus changes our heart of stone to a heart of flesh, everyone who knows us can see a new life we could not have given ourselves. The transformantion in the life of a believer is as drastic as that of a lame person being able to walk again.    John 5:1-15 Kenny Nix, Pastor
