LILA interviews her friend and fellow LILA, Lori Bonn. They discuss a unique dance class of 150+ people who dance freely for two hours in a gym, dancing as if they were in the privacy of their living rooms. Lori says its both a physical and an emotional workout and loves it! LILA also announces a change in the format to her show.
