Daily Wisdom  – Motivational Podcast – Day 748 – Inspiration: Above and Beyond I met someone today who was incarcerated. I was given the name from a friend, and they asked me to visit him as they lived far away. I had the opportunity to sit with this person for quite a bit of time. Incarcerated is a difficult situation, an imprisonment to be detained, confined, jailed, or locked up. There is not much that can be done. This person had so much time on his hands. He was very upset with what happened. I asked him, “How do you feel about being here?” He said, “I am not mad at the world. I am mad at myself for what I did, to be here. If I had a message for the world, I would tell them to be continuously thankful to be free and do whatever they wish to do. Even if it is just to stay up late and look at the stars.” I was saddened by the fact that this person felt so much remorse, and yet had not been given freedom yet.
