A firm believer in ’walking the talk’, Dr. Simons is a fitness enthusiast and strives to have a healthy balance in all aspects of her life. She enjoys meeting people of various cultures and has traveled to many exotic places. Dr. Simons enjoys expanding her knowledge of random facts; her dream is to be a contestant on Jeopardy one day.
