Tina Turbin, author of www.GlutenFreeHelp.info (which has been getting national attention), Danny the Dragon (award winning children’s book), and Show Biz Kids East Coast Guidebook; lecturer; humanitarian; and advocate for women’s issues, will spend an hour sharing her vast knowledge of gluten-free cooking and lifestyle. Tina was diagnosed with Celiac Disease/Gluten Intolerance and has been in the kitchen whipping up gluten-free recipes and founded her resourceful and helpful website for others ever since. Tina and her staff on both the East and West Coasts continue their quest on improving gluten-free lifestyles.
