Sonoma County is nearing record voter turnout this election.  County officials are still processing thousands of mail-in ballots and tallying the total number of voters. To learn more, KRCB News Director, Adia White, spoke with Deva Marie Proto, Sonoma County clerk, recorder, assessor, and registrar of voters.
