Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women, and in spite of billions of dollars of research, is still on the rise and still causing countless unnecessary deaths. This in spite of hundreds of billions having been spent over the past few decades on early detection and aggressive treatments. Almost 3 million women in the US have had breast cancer and over 40,000 women die of this disease every year. Almost a quarter of a million women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. What most women don’t know is that behind every case of breast cancer, there is a history of an emotional trauma (shock) that preceded that diagnosis, most often associated with a conflict of the “nest”.
