Jennifer Ruggiero, host of Get Nerdy With It took some time to talk with me recently. We chatted about our obsessions with our smart phones, startups Musicians Guild and NamePlace, two new companies coming out of Silicon Valley. Musicians Guild is a lifetime music learning service with very handy tools for creating and collaborating on music. They have a great team and Alan Parson's on their advisory board. NamePlace is an online marketplace for naiming rights and sponsorships that I'm personally involved in. Neither company has launched publicly.
