Rebecca Bea Thompson is an experienced speaker, writer, consultant, facilitator and coach with more than 30 years in the manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare industries. She has been an internal and external consultant for many years, working with such companies as Eastman Kodak, General Motors, and Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina. She is currently the principal of Evolve Without Limits, a coaching and consulting practice. Her areas of expertise include leadership and team development, work systems redesign, organizational change, and culture change. Rebecca holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and an M.A. in Organizational Management & Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA.
