It's so much fun to talk with my good friend Erika Potts from Oils4TheMend.com, but it was special to be able to reflect on our past experience in the fitness industry and how our mindset was to how it is now. Our goal is to help you improve your fitness mindset so you don't struggle like we did. Hope this helps you! So I've noticed the mindset with fitness, this is probably going to be higher but I'm gonna say 98% of the people believe this, is that it's all about weight loss and muscle gain and that's it. I mean, that's, that's what it is for them. Yeah, you do the internal first and all these other things fall into place. It's beautiful the way it works, and they catch on to that and then there's days where they come in and they're frustrated. Like, you know, we've been doing this for three months and I haven't reached my goal. Like, well, we need a little bit more time. But then the battle they have is I haven't reached my goal but yet all these other things are happening. Thank you for listening! ---
