Evangelical Disciple

Homily from the 28th Sunday in Ordinary Time. Jesus often calls us to be radical in our discipleship, yet it's fairly often that we don't want to be radical. We go to prayer with a closed heart, not willing to change for the sake of Christ. If only we could see how he looks upon us with a piercing look of love, then we would be most willing to do anything he invites us to do.
