If you take a page from an American football team the best one would be a system, not the best players. This is what I mean a system looks for individuals who fill that role in the system, not a talent. Players of great talent come to an end system don't, it just plugs another player in to fill that same role. The same goes for goals when it fulfilled it done, a system keeps going and going and going.....
