The nugget for the day was that in order to have a great life, you first need to know what that looks like for you and you can’t get in touch with this when you’re going mile a minute. My idea of a wonderful life probably looks a bit different from yours, so begin to get clearer about the details by giving your inner voice a chance to be heard. The only way to do this is to take a break from the rat race, even if for just a few minutes each day.
