"Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry." Short verse huh? I like to tell people that when you read the word 'therefore' in Scripture, there is more to the story. It is a clue to back up and read the verses before. And in todays verse 14 I back all the way up to verse 1 in chapter 10. Paul is purposeful in pointing out to the believers of his day, and to us today, that ALL were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses, all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink.
