September 22, Rabbi Jeremy Kalmanofsky from Ansche Chesed Synagogue will explore the role of the prophets in Judaism. Jeremy Kalmanofsky arrived at Ansche Chesed in 2001. Rabbi Kalmanofsky was ordained in 1997 by The Jewish Theological Seminary of America, where he was a Wexner Graduate Fellow. He regularly publishes essays on Jewish thought and practice, and he serves on the Conservative movement's Committee on Jewish Law and Standards. September 29, Justin Meyers of the Al Amana Center in Oman will present on the importance of the prophets in Islam. Justin graduated from Western Seminary in 2003. After serving pastorates in upstate New York and New York City he came to the Al Amana Centre in the summer of 2013. He
