Its foundation was the desire to help other businesses improve through his coaching. It was easy for him to focus on the process since it had been clearly defined with a specific outcome in The Author Incubator. For Kevin, the road to being an author was an emotional and challenging ride, but it was something that he enjoyed. Coming out with a book has allowed Kevin to concentrate on the value that he delivers clients in his coaching work.
