Debra Oakland is an advocate for prioritizing joy and living your most courageous and authentic life. She is the founder of Living in Courage Online – A Spiritual Oasis for Overcoming Life’s Biggest Challenges. Debra believes we all have a story to share, and a voice that’s begging to be heard. In the span of four short years, Debra lost her 21-year old son, her baby girl in the 8th month of pregnancy and both brothers. Not long after, her father to prostate cancer. This was an incredibly difficult time. Debra tapped into her long held belief system (which became the foundation of her new book) - she knew that deep down, if she remained grounded in courage, love and peace, the silver linings appear. Debra’s work since that point has been to share her story of living in courage. Sharing with people that in the midst of immense tragedy, she was able to choose love, able to go within to find the courage to move forward.
