Gema Cuffari is a Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher in New Jersey. She graduated from Marywood University in 2012 and grew up in Bucks County PA. She has been teaching cooking classes to high school students for six years. In 2016 Gema took off a year from teaching to travel the world for a year while observing in different schools, taking cooking classes and tasting the unique cuisines of each country. She lived in New Zealand for six months working on farms and observing in classrooms while exploring the beautiful landscape. After New Zealand, Gema explored Japan’s incredibly kind culture and delicious cuisine. She then headed to France, The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and taught English in Italy.
