Space Hero Rocket Red accidentally destroyed an uninhabited planet (uninhabited by humans, anyway) and now must patrol the outer reaches of the Central Order where NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. Beset by boredom, Rocket Red, Andromeda, Chauncy and Bleepy explore a heretofore-uncharted planet and encounters their old enemy Dr. Fang -- who learned her lesson cloning lizard men and is now cloning a much deadlier army!
