Lucy Bartholomew is living the dream. A 22 year old ultrarunner hailing from Australia, Lucy is traveling the world, crushing it at huge races like the Ultra Trail Cape Town and Western States 100. She's also a passionate plant-pusher, and crushes plant-based feasts almost as much as the trails. I had the pleasure and honor of sitting down with Lucy to talk life on the road as a vegan ultrarunner, and why we should all be practicing "gratitudes and greats".
