There are few individuals that I meet who I can say with 100% certainty have saved millions of lives through their rigorous scientific work. Dr. Stanley Plotkin is world renowned for his pioneering research and development of rubella vaccine, which is used almost exclusively around the world, including in the MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) combined vaccine.
