Vice President of Sales Jason Walzer with National Home Corporation (NHC) joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio show to discuss constructing affordable housing, cost-saving strategies and the growing effect of interest rates. Walzer chats with show host and President of Denim Marketing Carol Morgan. Walzer has been involved in the real estate industry since beginning his career. He received his real estate license when he was 18 and began his career alongside his mother, who is a veteran industry member. Throughout college, he worked in general brokerage and, after graduating, entered the new construction sector. From there, Walzer transitioned into a training role and eventually leadership.
