The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly summit on Neutralizing Workplace Racism 03/08/24 We hear an update about the mechanics employed at the St. Louis County School Transportation System. After finding a "perfectly White" noose in the work area and having a White supervisor to make minimal repairs to the buses's break system, the employees are questioning the county's commitment to Justice and child safety. The C.O.W.S. school bus drivers in the listening audience. Just last week he informed us that he and another co-worker were falsely accused of dice throwing on the school bus. Before this incident could be adjudicated, the privileged black driver was charged with scaring a White female staff members. Thankfully, our listener was not castrated on the spot. In fact, he remembered that there are many cameras on school buses these days.
