Hey Collectors! On this episode I ask expert Madison Gunn from   Absolute Trust Counsel   several questions about estate planning and wills. This is a follow up to the last few episodes where we discuss preparing for death. This episode includes incapacitation which is a state I hadn't considered before recording this. What happens if you get in a car accident? What happens to you, your stuff and your family? Are they protected if you get incapacitated somehow? What about if you die? These are questions we don't like to face. I face them daily with families who are searching their loved ones homes and belongings to see if there are any documents that can help them determine their loved ones requests. While we are sifting through all of their belongings, we save every usb stick, every laptop, every device. What if there's a will on there?
