In Psalms 65:4 (KJV) “Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.” This week Reverend Lindsay continues the message series The Powerful Effects of the Assembly. The assembly brings about unity. We are to be each other’s keeper, looking out for and helping one another. The assembly also prevents you from being a mocker. When you are an active part of the assembly you are less likely to mocking or complaining about the church. The assembly causes your needs to be met. You can find your spouse, friends, prayer partners, study partners, etcetera being part of the assembly. Prophecies happen in the assembly. It is such a blessing to part of the assembly, so let us all endeavor to be fully plugged into God’s assembly: the church.
