Lorna and Rebecca, designers and coordinators for Design Elite, sit down with Aida D'Achiardi owner of Bella Fitness (http://www.mybellafitness.com/) to discuss a 12 week slim down plan to get you ready for your big day!  Aida has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.  She has not only participated, but has a solid background in several disciplines such as Kickboxing, Triathlons, Yoga, Pilates and more-- an active lifestyle has always been part of her life! Aida has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, is ZUMBA® and TRX® certified, and has attained several certifications through reputable and accredited organizations such as, ACSM, ACE and ISSA. Aida has trained individuals of all fitness backgrounds and specializes in women who struggle with weight problems. Her quest is to always find new ways to keep moving while challenging herself and others to stay active.
