Throw Like A Girl Radio is City University of New York's (CUNY) and WBCR’s first ALL female sports radio show. Hosts KaraAnne Galante and Alyssa Paolicelli are avid sports fans and hockey aficionados. Every Thursday from 1 to 2 pm, KaraAnne and Alyssa give their twist and interpretation of the week’s trending sports stories. Segments revolve around their passion for hockey and admiration for other women who have paved the way in the sports industry. Throw Like A Girl Radio promotes and advocates on behalf of all women who have a passion for working in the sports industry. Throw Like A Girl Radio has received acknowledgement from MSG Network Islander’s beat reporter Shannon Hogan, Fox Sports 1’s Katie Nolan and SNY's Kerith Burke.
