Before we hit this morning's episode of The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce – broadcast on the Salem and Genesis Communications Networks, I'd like to acknowledge that Joe Biden actually visited somewhere near the border in El Paso, Texas.The media is celebrating it; all of a sudden it's getting the attention that it should have been getting from the second Biden took office. But we have to ask ourselves a sincere question: What did it serve?What did it prove? What did it accomplish?
