Michael Koretzky, Society of Professional Journalists region 3 director, had a busy summer. For months, he received abuse on both side of the #Gamergate argument when planning his event, Airplay, and to have the event end early due to a bomb threat. Michael also talks about the SPJ Kunkel Awards, the recent SXSW controversy and the recent situation at the University of Missouri.

R/Kappa is a subreddit for those that enjoy fighting game streams, and in the past year, they've sponsored players from around the world to carry the Kappa flag. Subbreddit moderator and team manager, Dr. Mike Gomez, explains how he took over operations and was able to get some of the best players in the world to play for Team Kappa.
