On this seventh episode and SEASON 1 FINALE of Learnt, I sat down in Gibbons Hall with Carol Rabin and Linda Roggero of Notre Dame of Maryland University's GEI Program! We discuss their history of teaching inside and outside of Baltimore City and Baltimore County, the drive to participate in special education even when the chips are down, and the didactic problems with season 4 of "The Wire!"
