  Have you ever felt like you couldn’t possibly carry a heavy burden any farther? When we turn inward to Divine Strength and practice self-care, we find that the load is much easier to bear. We also have the ability to accept help, and to assist others along the way. Let’s remember to upgrade our luggage, lighten the load, and enjoy our travel companions on the best road trip ever…our lives!

Joy is not a fleeting emotion or an elusive experience.   Joy is the space within you that is so vast, so profound in its wholeness, that even a mere glimpse of it is a fulfillment of your purpose on this planet. Together we explore how we can invite a greater experience of joy into our relationships, our work, and our creative endeavors. 

As spiritual beings, all of us, consciously or unconsciously have a destination on trip Earth that we are traveling toward.  It is not a state in the union, but a state of Being. Whether we call it a road or path, it has its forks, various twists and turns, and ups and downs, that we must navigate.  Among the many choices are; the road less traveled, most traveled, and best traveled.  I hope to make clear the state we are moving toward and the road to choose.
