One girl, one sewing machine, one room.  Particle Zookeeper Julie Peasley is the sole seamstress, web designer, conceptualizer, mail packager, proofreader, driver, and emailer. Julie has had a lifelong interest in cosmology, the quantum world and theoretical physics. The particle plushies idea came about after attending a physics lecture at UCLA by Dr. Lawrence Krauss entitled "The Beginning and End of Time" in July 2007. A couple of difficult physics books later (including Lisa Randall's Warped Passages), Julie realized that the individual particles seemed to have various "personalities" that could be "felted out" with relative ease. After reading The Particle Odyssey by Chistine Sutton/Frank Close/Michael Marten and Gordon Kane's The Particle Garden, Julie’s adventure with particles began.

Brian Kinahan is the owner of Alliance CEO Advisory and an executive coach. He helps senior executives achieve greater results by focusing on the Big 6 areas that drive success. With his guidance companies have become stronger, easier to manager, more profitable and worth more. Brian shares with the Launch to Greatness community what to focus on in their business.

Nick is an entrepreneur with business achievements in e-commerce, media, digital payments and technology start-ups. He excels at interpersonal leadership, communication, business and product development.  He shares his journey and the future of a great live streaming entrepreneur community.  

Eric Krohn is a successful entrepreneur that clearly understands what his mission and purpose is in life and he carries himself in a way that makes sure he positively impacts the people and organizations that he is involved with; including being on the board of Invention Convention for Kids, a Judge for Instructables, the CEO for GyroHeat, and Co-Owner of FMP Binghamton.  He shares his lessons from success and failure to inspire you on your journey!

Kevin Webb is a high energy entrepreneur that has been building his fitness company, KW Fitness, for three and half years.  He has been recognized locally and regionally for tremendous growth.  He has a background in business and is a certified personal trainer who graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training.

Living a life bigger than yourself comes down to two different things: first it is servant leadership and committing to help others achieve their goals and aspirations in life.  Second, it is being grounded in something bigger than yourself, whether it is spiritually, family focused, community focused. 

AJ Davis is a young and driven entrepreneur that has built a successful lawn care business.  He shares why he chose this industry, some of the struggles he currently faces, some funny stories, some good lessons, and which group of people he most admires.  

I have wanted to evolve the format of Launch to Greatness podcast for a few weeks, however something was holding me back from doing so.  Through an unexpected inspiration, I realized that there are a few areas of my life that I have been operating from misguided beliefs that I had accepted as truth.  With some introspection I was able to dispel one belief that holding me back, and I explain how I did it.  So if you feel like something is holding you back from living the life you desire and deserve, this episode is for you.

Kim has been a life long entrepreneur dating back to her childhood days of holding bake sales, garage sales, and even hosting a carnival that was featured in the local paper in Austin, TX.  She grew up a competitive gymnast and eventually went on to study music at NYU.  It was in NYC that she co-founded a tech company in 1997.  After 9/11 she was deeply effected and was reminded to do what she loved.  She then started into the fitness industry in 2002 as a personal trainer and launched her first fitness video, Love Your Legs.  While out on a run, she was inspired to create the product that has launched her current company, SPIbelt, into the ranks of the Inc.500 fastest growing companies!

Brian Moran is the New York Times best selling author of The 12 Week Year.  He has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, Corporate Executive, Entrepreneur, Consultant and Coach.  His background as a corporate executive and entrepreneur gives him the unique skill set to help individuals, as well as organizations grow and prosper.  He is recognized as an expert in the field of leadership and execution.  The big thing he does for people is help them realize that we have great ideas, however we fail to implement those ideas effectively.  He shares some simple techniques that will help you execute to greatness! 

Peter Wallin is an inspirational entrepreneur and has been an entrepreneur for two decades.  He is a thought leader that truly cares about his community and is always trying to raise the bar for being a better person.  He has built a very successful insurance agency in a hyper competitive industry.  Peter shares how he built his agency, what sets him apart from the online commodities, how to write and publish a book and the very simple thing that sets great people apart from average!

Barry Nicholson is a parallel entrepreneur that truly loves investing in local microbusinesses.  He, and his partners, have six companies focusing on retail and the pack-and-ship industry.  He owns multiple UPS Store locations, Pure Design, Connors Mercantile, does real estate investing and has served on many non-profit boards in his community.

Billy Van Jura is what I like to refer to as a happen maker.  He is a high energy, self-motivated, husband and father of two that in his professional life he is the founder of Birchyard LLC which applies a different philosophy to insurance industry.  As the founder of Birchyard his mission is to provide his clients with consistent solid advice and leave everybody he consults with in a better position. 

Alisa Parmenter is an incredible entrepreneur is truly defined by living the life she wants.  She identifies what she wants in life and does not let adversity stand in the way.  She has a strong background in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion and in 2009 started to launch her own agency, ECG Promotions.  She is also very active in her community and volunteers with a number of non profits. 

Jen Arricale understands the time challenges that busy people face.  As a healthy living expert, a Boston marathon finisher, natural body building champion at age 50, and a 20 year corporate executive, Jen has developed real, and simple, solutions for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Adam Himoff is a creative entrepreneur that is deeply committed to building differentiated and innovative businesses.  He has a track record of successful entrepreneurism with his previous company being an equity investment firm to landing in the staffing and recruiting industry in present day.  He is the founder of Xemplar Workforce Solutions, based in Salt Lake City, UT, which focuses on high quality, skilled trades, technical, professional, clerical and light industrial personnel. 

Alan Rae is someone who has dedicated his life’s work to emerging technology and advancing economies.  He is involved in multiple organizations as the Chief Technology Officer, he is active on a number of boards of technology and nanotechnology companies, President of his own company Renew Rare Earth and Executive Director of Alfred Technology Resources which is an incubator for emerging tech companies.  His newest project Incubator Works in the Southern Tier of New York is doing some incredible things to advance the local economy as well as global technology.  Alan is one of the most motivated, intelligent and successful people I have met and I am honored to have him on Launch to Greatness!

Peter Gierlach is a young entrepreneur and highly driven person that accepts responsibility for creating his own experiences and opportunities in life.  He is a creative person that identifies when something does not exist, or can be improved upon, and he works tirelessly to create it!  In high school Peter’s band released an album, he authored and self-published a book, and he created a website where people could find and make a real difference in this world.  That is when he launched his company LocallyU, which has the daunting mission of identifying the companies that provide a great product or service, while benefiting community and not destroying the earth.  He is going to share his story, what drives him and the difference between average and greatness.
