Episode 11 - In this episode the audience contributes to the discussion around the topics raised during the day and looking forward to the next 10 years.

Episode 10 - In this episode, Bill Marsh interviews the new CEO, Jon Siddall. Jon was appointed in January 2013 and this is the first time members have had the chance to get to hear his thoughts on his important role in shaping the future role of the CMC.

Episode 9 - In this episode Peter Adler talks about regrets at the way the practice of mediation has developed in the US. Drawing on a survey, conducted in preparation for this speech, Adler provides food for thought. Peter S. Adler, Ph.D. is a principal in ACCORD3.0,a network of independent consultants specialising in foresight, strategy, troubleshooting, and the interaction of science, policy and organisations. Adler has worked with government, business and the NGO sectors and recently completed a 9-year appointment as President and CEO of The Keystone Center.

Episode 8 - In this episode Bill Marsh interviews Peter Adler and draws comment and insight on the way Peter has approached the application of mediation in his work in recent years.

Episode 7 - In this episode, Bill Wood, CMC Vice Chair, outlines the trends and themes in the comments received so far on what the role the CMC might be in any registration/accreditation scheme for individual mediators and mediation training providers. Questions and comments from the floor reveal the variety of perceptions, concerns and ideas which surround this topic.

Episode 6 - In this episode, Bill Marsh gets behind the official Sir Alan Ward, in an interview which reveals the wit and charm of the new Chair of the CMC. Sir Alan was born and raised in South Africa and practiced as an Attorney of the Supreme Court. In 1961, he moved to England to take a second degree, reading law at Cambridge. He was called to the bar (Gray's Inn) in 1964 and was appointed a High Court judge in October 1988 and was assigned to the Family Division. In 1995, he was appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal and retired 15 February 2013 enabling him to join the CMC. A long time supporter of mediation, Sir Alan recently said ‘I am utterly convinced mediation has an increasing part to play in providing civil justice. The CMC is at the epicenter of promoting all forms of mediation and maintaining the standards necessary to ensure its success. It is therefore a great honour to succeed Sir Henry Brooke, Lord Slynn and Sir Brian Neill at this crucial time.’

Episode 4 - In this episode the audience have their opportunity to put questions to The Reverend Mpho Tutu following her keynote speech. Peter Adler, Paul Randolph and Bill Marsh are invited to join her and add their perspectives.

Episode 3 - In this episode, Ms Tutu talks about bringing the whole self into the 'mediation room' whether disputant or mediator and how recognising the humanity of 'the other' is key to resolving conflict.

Episode 2 - The Reverend Mpho A. Tutu, an Episcopal priest, is the founder and Executive Director of the Tutu Institute for Prayer & Pilgrimage. http://www.tutuinstitute.org Ms. Tutu is an experienced preacher, teacher, and retreat facilitator. With her father, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, she has authored “Made for Goodness” (Harper One, March 2010). The Reverend Mpho Tutu is the Chairperson Emeritus of the board of the Global AIDS Alliance, Chairperson of the Board of Advisors of the 911 Unity Walk, and a Trustee of Angola University.
