First, we chat with Art Alexakis of Everclear about his band from the 80’s, Shakin’ Brave, the times he pulled Steve on stage at the Warfield in San Francisco, revisiting Everclear classics and unique covers on “Return to Santa Monica,” touring with Fastball, and finding old masters of “World of Noise” for 30 Years of Everclear. Then we cover Smash Mouth’s performance at Stanislaus County Fair featuring their new lead singer, Zach Goode, who was on episode 371 of Concert Pipeline recently. Lastly, we cover Motion City Soundtrack’s 17th anniversary Commit This To Memory tour from their stop at Ace of Spades in Sacramento.
