    08/11/2016 Duração: 43min

Episode 52 and what a year (or thereabouts) it's been for the team at Two and A Half Count. Recorded before the guys got their hearts broken by the revelation the NXT show in Auckland had been cancelled, the guys are in a terrific mood as they run down the events of Hell in a Cell - with special mention to MVP of the night Charlotte and LVP Roman Reigns ability to ignore super finishes. Then they break down what could literally be the biggest match of all time, with the first announced match for next years Wrestlemania; Big Show vs Shaq. All capped off with the best way to win an argument and a very special announcement.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 051 - The List of Two and a Half Count

    29/10/2016 Duração: 51min

Rhys is in South America for some reason, so Jamaine and Spencer tag in Fred Award nominee and one half of famed tag team the Assasi Boyz, Pax to replace him. The guys run down their thoughts on the upcoming Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, mainly focussing on how dumb having three Hell in a Cell matches is, the controversy surrounding the historic women's match, and a general lack of excitement for what Raw is doing right now. Then they move to Smackdown where Spencer has more to say about Bray Wyatt's constant inability to beat Kane cleanly, spurred on my by the confusing and intriguing actions of Randy Orton this week. And finally, the guys do a detailed look at the most over wrestler on the Raw roster - a clipboard with a list on it - and gauge the crowds reaction to the news it has gone missing.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 050 - LeBron Dunks on Ellsworth

    29/10/2016 Duração: 47min

The biggest return of the pro-wrestling world this week - we're back with another glorious episode of Two and A Half Count. Rhys is out this week - probably doing more scuba stuff - so Spencer and Jamaine are joined by comedian, pal, and modern day Filipino hero James Roque. Goldberg has made his way back to the WWE after a twelve year hiatus, and try as they might, the guys just can't manage to get excited about his upcoming match with Brock Lesnar. Then, James brings a special guest Two Count as the team take a moment to talk about the current state of race in the WWE, and how far the company has come since the days of Cryme Tyme. And finally, the guys indulge in a never-seen-before back-to-back Half Count as they break down the exciting, hotly contested WWE World Title Match on Smackdown this week, and the unexpected surge in merch sales that came with it. • 049 - B*ner Fidelity

    17/10/2016 Duração: 40min

The streak continues as the guys are back at it again with another episode of Two and a Half Count. Y'll gonna go crazy for this one. No Mercy has happened, and in lieu of their usual show review, the guys instead just focus on the two exciting title matches - the one that weirdly opened the show, and the one that weirdly didn't close the show. And then, because Raw was boring this week, they move on to James Ellsworth, the Man that Chin Forgot, in what begins as as assessment of this exciting new jobber and ends up being a pretty intense hate-fest of his physical appearance. Then, Jamaine goes all investigative journalist on it and asks: Bray Wyatt - illusionist or warlock? Plus, Spencer says a swear! Trailer: The Male GayzSee omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 048 - Total Total Bellas

    10/10/2016 Duração: 45min

So saucy and full of drama, even E! wouldn't air it, it's another exciting episode of Two and A Half Count. It's a big week for the women of pro-wrestling, as women main event an episode of Raw for the first time in twelve years, and the Bella twins main event their own series. The guys run down both and talk about which one was more contrived, and how John Cena is a secret wanna-be fat cat. Then, they turn their attention to No Mercy and rundown how excited they should be about the upcoming blue-brand pay-per-view, whilst grappling with the idea that it might be Dolph Ziggler's last one ever. And if that wasn't enough to make you wanna bite John Cena like an excited French Bulldog, they also target Rich Swann's latest sex scandal. All night long, baby! • 047 - Titles, Prize Fighters & Bears, Oh My

    03/10/2016 Duração: 44min

The boys are back in town, and the hottest group in NZ pro-wrestling are spittin' fire in another episode of Two and A Half Count. The lads run down what's happened in the last week in pro-wrestling, first touching on the hard questions out of Clash of Champions - most pressingly, whether or not Jamaine actually watched it, and whether Sheamus, Cesaro or both is strongest. Then they move their attention to Smackdown where they look at the Doctor of Thuganomics and the Show Off laying down some intensely real promos, and leading the blue brand to further and further greatness in their own going battle against Raw. All capped off my a summary of what's potentially the most controversial match in WWE history. They tried to bury it, to keep it deep in hibernation, but the story of Daniel Bryan vs The Bear has been released, and wrestling will never be the same. • 046 - The Show That Goes

    25/09/2016 Duração: 47min

This week, the lads overcome the odds and never give up on pumping out the show, despite being split into two entirely different countries and separated from their usual, high grade recording equipment. Clash of Champions is just over the horizon, so the lads break down the card and ask some tough questions about the Raw roster, and try to figure out who can really go. Then, they turn their attention to possible Men's Rights Activist and latest Filipino hero/disappointment TJ Perkins as they question how seriously to take a recent tweet, and whether or not he can go. All capped off with a Bo Dallas/Bray Wyatt recap - which brother has the better win record? Which brother can beat Kane? Which brother can really go? The answers may surprise you.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 045 - Ryback Beats Up A Car

    18/09/2016 Duração: 47min

Jamaine is still away, so Spencer and Rhys call in the big guns; long-time wrestling fan, former manager and reverse Andy Kaufman, Paul Amos. Paul joins the lads as they break down the two biggest things going on in wrestling this week. First up, Backlash! With a whole spate of new championships and angles, how is the blue brand shaping up? With a homophobic champion, no less! Then, the boys have a regular markout about what a wonderful journey the CWC was, and talk about the budding Crusierweight Division heading to Raw. All capped off with 'Banks Watch', a whacky morning radio show and a traditional dump on Ryan Reeves (FKA Ryback). Ah-oooogah! • 044 - Travis Banks Is a Big Beautiful Boy

    13/09/2016 Duração: 43min

Jamaine is out this week, but mainly to avoid the hottest free agent in sports entertainment podcasting, Harris Dowson. Harris joins Spencer and Rhys as they break down their Backlash predictions, and try to figure out everything going on with the blue brand at the moment. Will Heath Slater win the tag titles? Will Ziggler and Miz reignite their feud from yesteryear? Will AJ Styles become the first openly homophobic WWE World Champion? They then turn their focus to Sasha Banks' fake-our retirement promo. Was it in poor taste? Was it any good? And why do we end up talking about Travis Banks instead? All capped off with a breakdown of the two biggest comedy segments this week - the good, the bad, and the very, very ugly. Trailer: Boners of The HeartSee omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 043 - The Nikki Bella of Global Warming

    05/09/2016 Duração: 42min

Hot off the audio presses, it's another episode of New Zealand's only comedy wrestling podcast. Big news for KO fans this week, as the Prizefighter himself has claimed the WWE Universal Title, and the guys are pretty stoked about it. They break down the shocking turn of events that led to this moment, and have a good laugh about a crowd being too appreciative of a heel champ. Then they tackle the One Man Band/Hottest Free agent, as they take a closer look at how over Heath Slater is, and whether or not he's the hot pick to win the Tag titles. All capped off with an Alberto Del Recap. Broken promises! Global Warming! Dad Shaming! All this and more, only on Two and a Half Count.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 042 - Japanigans

    30/08/2016 Duração: 50min

It's a classic case of 'better late than never' as the guys finally overcome yet another injury at the hands of Ryback, and carve out some time to talk about the recent massive events in the WWE. Summerslam is finally over, after four laborious hours, so the guys do their best to unpack it and see how a show with a stacked card of good matches managed to go wrong. Was it when they debuted an ugly red belt? Or when a certain roided-out caveman forgot what sport he was doing? Then they tackle what might be the hottest promo of The Miz's career - but is it hot enough to save him from the fact that he really does wrestle like a coward? And if that wasn't already too much to talk about (it was, we ran long) the guys also touch in Dolph Ziggler's big Summerslam match (not for the WWE Title). It's finger lickin' good!See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 041 - Scuba Lessons feat. Finn Balor

    21/08/2016 Duração: 48min

Rhys’ away this week (as a result of a very suspect Scuba diving lesson), so Jamaine and Spencer are joined by none other than #1 contender to the WWE Universal Championship, Finn Balor. Finn and the boys break down their predictions for Summerslam, including their thoughts on Brock vs Randy (who needs it more?) and whether Cena can break is near 10 year Summerslam singles losing streak. Then the guys tackle the spate of recent suspensions happening the WWE, and reaffirm that it’s not cool to do drugs (in the middle of your push). All capped off with an in-depth interview with Finn Balor - how he feels about his chances going into Summerslam, where the Demon King was hiding on Raw, and what exactly he’s dome with Rhys.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 040 - FeedMeMore.com

    14/08/2016 Duração: 43min

Wake up, it's feeding time! Another exciting episode of Two and a Half Count on the books, and what a doozy it was. First up, the guys breakdown their experience with the recent WWE Live show in Auckland, and how the live experience differs from watching it on TV - with a special focus on how Chris Jericho might actually be the best in the world at what he does, do you understand what we're saying to you right now? The guys proudly present another edition of their regular 'The CWC is awesome' series, breaking down the best 'Oh my gosh' moments of the second round of the tournament. And if that wasn't enough, they've also got an update on everyone's favourite big dangerous moron Ryback, as he takes his unique brand of ten-year-old writing skills and new age mysticism to the World Wide Web.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 039 - The Phenomenal One, Dolph Ziggler

    07/08/2016 Duração: 40min

Another exciting week of WWE programming has come and gone, and the Lordes of the Ring are back to chat about how the landscape is shaping up two weeks into the brand divorce. They break down how the Women's Division did at opening up a Raw, and run through a quick brainstorm of potential tag team names for a Jericho/Kevin Owens tag team. Then, they tackle the Dolph Ziggler-based questions on everybody's lips: will he win at Summerslam? Will he turn heel? Which one is he again? Then the guys debut their brand new fashion segment to deconstruct the questionable outfit etiquette choices by a certain Doctor of Thuganomics while doing media appearances.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 038 - Rhys' Special Day

    31/07/2016 Duração: 49min

A lot of stuff happened this past week, but surely nothing as important as Rhys experiencing not one, but two special miracles; Shelton Benjamin announcing his spectacular return to the WWE and Dolph Ziggler finally getting the World Title shot Rhys reckons he's deserved for the last 7 years. After Rhys runs out of steam talking about that, the guys give their thoughts about how the New Era of the WWE is shaping up one week after the brand split when they chat the Summerslam main events, new production elements for both shows, and the highs and lows of the Women's Division. Plus, Becky Lynch finds herself victim to yet another creepy advance in the WWE and the lads talk about how that's pretty weird and uncool.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 037 - Small Package/Big Package

    24/07/2016 Duração: 52min

The guys are back at it again for the second episode in a week - truly they're the hardest working men in sports entertainment. Battleground is coming up - and the guys to their best to get excited about it. All they really want to talk about is the draft, Nikki Bella and who's going to win the triple threat World Title Match. Then they talk about the Crusierweight Classic - something they have no trouble getting very excited about, as they wrap up what's happened so far in the super exiciting tournament. All capped off with the most intense session of sexual objectification of any wrestler the podcast has ever seen.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 036 - WWE Draft Special 2016

    20/07/2016 Duração: 59min

The team is back early this week for a special episode – hot off the 2016 WWE Draft! Joined by vocal brand extension proponent Harris Dowson, the guys run down all the exciting calls and high drama picks of the night. How are both brands shaping up? Will there be a second world title back in the picture? What of the Cruiserweight, Women’s and Tag Divisions? The guys talk about the kayfabe reality that comes with drafting people in priority order, run down their thoughts on the NXT call-ups, and then (using a complicated points based algorithm) figure out what shows they themselves have been drafted to – resulting in the most shocking schism Two and a Half Count has ever seen.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 035 - The Bulgarian Potty Mouth

    18/07/2016 Duração: 38min

It's a huge week as the guys welcome two brand new admissions to the Two and a Half Count stable; producer Liam and Jamaine's soundboard. The lads then break down the Wyatt compound segment vs the Final Deletion - mainly honing in on what exactly qualifies as a compound and what the deal with that weird camera filter was. Darren Young is in the title picture so the guys break down Spencer's earlier claim that his angle would never be relevant, and consider the chances of him becoming the first openly gay champ in WWE. All capped off with a discussion of Rusev's filthy, filthy mouth.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 034 - Dilapidated boat, I Knew You'd Come

    10/07/2016 Duração: 43min

After veering off course to talk about some actual important news for a change, the guys spend some time (probably way too much time) breaking down TNA's infamous Jeff Hardy vs Matt Hardy 'Final Deletion' match that went down this week. Was it a masterpiece - the modern art of pro-wrestling? Or was it a very poorly produced pile of garbage, put together by two drugged out hillbillies? The guys break down this 'match', and get into a heated debate about what wrestling is, and whether or not a dilapidated boat can make or break a performance. Then they move onto Zack Ryder, and talk about whether having two televised wins in the last week is the start of a new Ryder Revolution, or just a chance for us to get hurt again. Finally, they chat Dolph Ziggler's recent shortcomings as Rhys is forced to find a new favourite wrestler.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.

  • 033 - Grubby and Sheep-face

    04/07/2016 Duração: 42min

They've had a week to get Kissgate out of their brains, and the lads are back at it again, chattin' and gabbin' about some pro-wrestling goodness. First up, The Wyatt Family and The New Day! The guys talk about Xavier Woods' acting chops and pitch some better names for the members of the Wyatts. Then Jamaine tries to wrap his head around the logic of having two world titles when they turn their attention to the brand split and the prospect of brand specific pay per view events. All topped off with a scrutinisation of perhaps the least exciting surprise talent challenger ever, as well as a study into how little Brock Lesnar seems to give a toss about one of the companies he works for.See omny.fm/listener for privacy information.
