TRAM or the Transformational Research in Adolescent Mental Health (TRAM) initiative, was the first of the Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research programs, providing $25 million over 5 years to foster collaboration and placing youth and their families at the centre of integrated youth services. It lead to a pan-Canadian research and evaluation network with 14 sites within six provinces and one territory.
