Here you go with another podcast on \'Society and the Individual\'. This one is mostly based on the texts \'Freemales\' and \'The Punk Movement\' in your textbooks.

After some students told me that they had problems listening to the podcast, I decided to delete it and upload it again. I hope it works now. If not, please let me know and I will have a closer look.

This podcast includes some ideas about how to interpret the novel. You can only get most of it if you have read the book and have a grip on characters and plot. The file offers ONE view on Brave New World which is by no means complete...I will come up with a more structured one sometime later.

In this short episode I\'m talking about \'globalisation\', where it came from, what it is doing to us and the rest of the planet and about some pros and cons. This is by no means a \'complete guide to globalisation\', but it might help you go through the key issues again and maybe there\'s some vocab you\'ll find useful.

Thirty minutes on the topic \'The environment\'. I\'m using quite some topical vocab here based on the texts and issues in our text book. Listen and tell me what you think ;)
