    03/07/2010 Duração: 24min

Newly appointed Best Friend of the show, Anna returns for her 3rd appearance on This Much I Know to advise us on how to get bikini fabulous in time for the summer holidays. It’s all about ditching those demon refined carbs and concentrating on nutritious, low GI food (with the odd glass of champagne, perhaps?) and upping the exercise! We have a small detour to discuss a quote from Catherine Deneuve, but apart from that, it’s all about how to develop a healthy eating blueprint for life. Victoria tells us about her focus on charitable causes and Callum displays his musical prowess. It’s all very impressive! The selection process is much more stringent than when Jackie was at school!
