Fighting Fit Academy Kickboxing was started just over ten years ago by Sensei Richard Phillips, an ex-world champion who is trained in numerous martial arts. The academy is growing rapidly, taking many steps to move forward, including having moved into a new premises at the turn of the year. The number of homeless and stray dogs in the UK is currently higher than ever, putting huge strains financially and resourcefully on those looking out these unwanted animals.
