Marci gives us a preview of the 2008 French Quarter Festival, April 11 -13. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the celebration and Marci tells us about how the festival originated in 1984. Since it's modest beginning, the festival has grown to attract 400,000 attendees with a local economic impact of $100 million.
