The final installment will discuss how to create a metabolism capable of “Infrequent Eating.” How often do you eat? How often do you think you should eat? I don’t know the answer to the first, but I’ll bet the second answer is something like 5-6 small meals each day, or every 3 hours. Okay, next question: Why should you eat this often? Your answer is probably along the lines of to keep my metabolism up, or to make sure my body builds muscle rather than devours it. And why shouldn’t we believe these recommendations?
