This week I will be interviewing the amazing Annya Stoddart about her Mindfulness Practice and Yoga teaching. Annya is also a Acupuncturist with a vast array of knowledge about therapy and meditation. I am very pleased to interview the very talented Katie Le May, who is a writer and artist as well as being very involved in theatre. This will be a great interview so make sure that you listen at 7 pm on Monday or listen to the podcast. Katie being the artistic soul that she is has spent many years with her local amateur dramatic society performing in many musicals and pantomimes from leading lady to a front end of a cow. But her talents don’t end there she also does a lot of the art work on the sets and on many occasions make up especially for interesting characters. It’s no surprise that her artistic nature turned to writing after spending most of her life working with crystals it is not hard to believe her novel encompasses a crystal in her book the Living Stone, and although there are snippets of wisdom throughout, the book is an adventure and a race against time to save the Living stone from certain death. I have read this book and I enjoyed it immensly. It took me on many journeys and had be gripped!
